Sunset family session in Bendigo

Some days, you just get the best evening light - which is one of the reasons why when my clients ask me which time of the day is best for a photography session, I recommend getting your photos taken as late in the day as possible, if you wanna aim for that dreamy creamy look. These guys truly got lucky during their family session in a beautiful forest in Bendigo.

I am honestly still swooning about these photos. The only thing you can’t even see is that we were all surrounded by at least 1 million mossies trying to eat us alive - did I mention I’m also allergic to mossie bites :’). Well, you tell me if it was worth it - have a look into our session below. x

Fun Fact: When I first came to Bendigo I worked as an Au Pair (live in nanny) for a wonderful family, who I still see every few weeks and I ended up meeting a few other Au Pairs around town. One of them was Hayley from the UK, who happened to work for Lauren (the mother bear of this cute fam). Hayley became one of my best friends here, so us and the girls we looked after caught up quite frequently and we’re still in contact up to this date. Such a small world!
