+ What if the weather is bad?

Even though wind and rain don't seem great in the first place, they do often create the most beautiful, unique and memorable moments and pictures. I created some of my favourite photos in very windy or rainy conditions!

+ What should we wear?

This is one of my most asked questions! I designed a little What to wear guide for all my clients, which gets send through along with your contract and invoice. It contains ideas and inspirations to help you with your outfit choice for the day - and I'm more than happy for you to ask me any questions you might have still!

+ Can we bring our dog?

Heck yes! Bring me all the animals - dogs, cats, or any other furry friends are always welcome!

+ How far in advance should we book our session/ wedding?

I would recommend booking your session with me about 3 months in advance and your wedding at least 6-12 months in advance. I mainly shoot weddings on the weekends, so my session calendar does fill up quite quickly.

+ How does the booking process and payment work?

Once we're sure we are the perfect fit for each other and agreed on a location, date and time, you will receive a contract and an invoice. I require $200 non-refundable booking fee for any bookings to secure your date and time. The contract signing and payment can all be done online, so it's super easy for both of us!

+ What if we have to cancel or reschedule our session?

I completely understand that life gets in the way of a session sometimes - the $200 booking fee can be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date once, if notice is given more than 24 hours prior to the session.

+ Where are you located? Do you travel?

I am based in Bendigo and go to Portland quite frequently too, but I absolutely love to travel further - and if I can connect this with photography, even better! I don't charge any travel fees for sessions within a 30 minute radius of Bendigo and I try to keep my travel costs low. Feel free to get in touch for a custom quote.

+ Do you photograph same sex couples?

Yes, yes and yes! If you're a same sex couple and you're looking for some beautiful pictures of you during a session or your wedding day, please get in touch. I would love to document these special moments for you.

+ How long do your sessions go for?

Most families book my 1 hour session. Which one you choose depends on the family/ group size and your vision fort the shoot. I like to not rush my clients and found this to be the perfect length to not just get all the good shots, but to also get to know each other. It's really important to me to not just say hello, take photos, take your money and go. My photography is all about real connections and I aim to make this a wonderful and easy experience for all my clients.

+ Do you offer wedding packages?

I sure do! I offer full day photo, video and combined packages. Most couples tend to invest $4200 - $8000. My packages are fully customisable for your individual wishes and needs. Simply follow the link to my weddings page and get in touch over there. x

+ What if my kids or partner won't cooperate?

Trust me, I have people telling me this all the time - "My partner hates couple photos.", "My kid doesn't like to sit still." - Hey, that's okay! That's what I'm here for. I understand that kids can't concentrate and smile for that long - I love for them to be able to run off, have a play, be silly. This is what my photography is about - the real and authentic moments! Trust me, it will be a breeze!

+ Do you do studio photography or where do you do your sessions?

No - I'm all about natural poses and natural light, which I find hard to achieve in a studio. I offer outdoor sessions, for which I am more than happy to recommend beautiful spots or check out any locations you have in mind. I also offer sessions in the comfort of your own home, which are ideal for Newborn photography as we can create a relaxed and safe atmosphere for your little fam. x
